Recently, we here at VHL.com have taken a poll on who the best goaltender in the VHLM is right now. Only two goalies were featured on this poll, as they have a clear jump in statistics from the rest of their competition. The first is Coca Cola of the Oslo Storm, who leads the league in most major statistical categories for goalies. The other is the Moscow Red Wolves' Sandro Clegane, who began the first week of the season with the Storm, before being traded in favour of Cola.

In interviews, Clegane seemed indifferent about the move.

"If Lord Read-y McBookworm of House Nerdface wants his pitiful team to lose so badly then so be it," The Hound rasped in a press conference at the time of the trade. "Norway is a shite country to live in anyway. Full of a bunch of tall pretty flowers for people. They wouldn't know how to live in the real world. The whole lot of them disgust me."

Despite Cola's statistical advantages, it was Clegane who our polls seemed to favour for top goalie, with an overwhelming 97% of the votes.

When asked why he think that might be, Clegane laughed and replied, "Probably because that Cola is a good-for-nothing fizzer like the rest of the cunts in Oslo. I don't give a bloody damn what the people think of me, but it might be they're not so dumb as to think I'm not the only one keeping this bloody team alive. By this time next year I'll be in the VHL standing over my brother's corpse, and Cola will still be here losing more championships and awards to another crop of little birds."

The Red Wolves are currently at the top of the league standings. If playoffs were to begin today, the Storm would have to make it through the Bern Royals in order for Cola and Clegane to face off against one another.

Until then, it seems as though it would be a criminal act if The Hound was denied the Benoit Devereux Trophy at the end of the season.
