But hold your excitement. Even the 5 or so seasons of crazy activity I put into Jerrick Poole will most certainly not be going into my new player. I don't even know what I'm going to do yet but he'll probably never crack a top six (will probably make a forward). But what type of forward? I don't know. Because my guy isn't going to be very good, maybe I'll just make a goon. Would be fun to just have a player who gets in fights and hits people all the time. Or maybe even worse, I'll just make the VHL's Zac Rinaldo. That would be fun. Can we turn injuries on here? I'll just go for peoples' heads. I could also just make some shitty energy player who just goes out there to spell the important players. But this will probably be boring because in order to be useful, my player will have to be pretty much mediocre at best at everything. That doesn't sound too exciting to me. But then again, this type of player would be a lot more useful and could just be that guy who everyone loves because he works hard yet still sucks so when he does something good, it's like Christmas day. So that could actually be fun. Or I could make a faceoff specialist. Just a guy who is really good at faceoffs and kind of shitty at everything else. But still a little useful because nobody likes it when their good players are tired and you have to stick some rando into center and he wins about 30% of his faceoffs. So this guy could help with that. But this is probably the worst idea of them all. It would make me go inactive right away before I even got out of juniors. That's no good. I think my plan will be to be really active early, hit 400 TPE, then be a welfare queen until I have to go inactive in six months. Hopefully by that time I'll have a useful player that a GM can have for cheap. Wow. I wrote so many words.
