Jala 922
This will be a quick overview of the top performers and underperformers in the VHFL. HOT Lord Karnage: An obvious choice for a lot of people, Karnage has been putting up solid point and hit totals and is currently the top Fantasy pick. A solid 4 points above the next fantasy pick, Karnage will be a top performer unless he runs into penalty trouble later in the season. Max Molholt: Another top choice in the drafting process, Molholt has also been plugging along at a healthy pace. Putting up points while keeping his penalty minute numbers low keep him a low risk, high reward pick. Even if his physicality numbers aren't that high, Molholt's lack of point deductions from PIMs will keep him in the top tier of picks. Joel Jarvi: The leading scorer on the Express is a popular pick amongst defensemen and for good reason. While he's doesn't have a high hit tally, his shot blocks and point production have him safely in the top tier of defensive picks. COLD Aleksi Koponen: While Koponen should be an obvious choice to be a good fan pick, his low physicality totals paired with surprisingly high PIM numbers have dropped his value. If he can continue his scoring pace and reduce the amount of penalties he takes, he could be a good pick as the season progresses. Phil Hamilton: The reigning DoTY is currently in a funk to start the fantasy season. While he is putting up high hit numbers, his points, shot blocks and high PIMs are dropping him down to a below average pick. He could be a threat as the season continues on if he can outpace his PIMs and put up some more blocks.
