So as we all know SWC3 chose to return to Davos for the season. But with the team losing to teams like Riga and New York people are wondering if SWC3 regrets making the decision oppose to joining a team like Cologne where he would have came in and would have been the icing on the cake to a team that just needs more offense. Davos can score with the best of them but the D side of the puck is where they struggle. With limited future assets to trade away it will be hard for the Davos GM to trade for any help on the back end so the team must find a way to win games by outscoring other teams. Something that should not be a problem for a team with the power they have on the offensive side. But Davos seems to be struggling with scoring enough to make sure that even with the defensive lapses that are expected that win.

No one really expects SWC3 to pick up the option on his second year of the contract. This seems to be the last run with Davos for him win or lose. But the question really is does he regret coming back to Davos and in true SWC3 fashion he gave us the words we wanted to hear in his own way of course "Do I regret it? NO! I regret nothing. Should I have thought things over a bit more hard? sure. But I do not have a time machine. I am stuck here for the season and I intend to make the best of the situation. I am the captain of this team and I intend to make this team the best it can be. We know that we cannot make trades to get help on the backside of things. So it's up to us as team to chip in on the defensive end. If we do that then we can beat anyone I believe. If not... well... I thank my agent for getting me that player option"
