I like the background, it's well composed, but it might benefit from not having the Toronto logo on the right side. The render looks good, could be blended a bit more though. The subtext could also be a little smaller, and I'm not a big fan of the brushing in the corners of the sig. Not sold on the duplicated render that is BnW, but it isn't TOO bad. Maybe a blur on it would not hurt.
