A blanket of change has recently swept over the VHLM with three recent openings in the job department. Long-time VHLM commissioner Austin Gow decided to change direction within the league talking on another co job, this time as the co recruitment leader, a position that has been lacking gusto in the past.  While the change overall will be good for the league hopefully with the recruitment team brining in fresh blood, but one may question where the VHL`s junior circuit will go from here. No one has cared for the VHLM as much as Gow did, since the days when Terrance Fong roomed the VHLM hallways as commissioner.

More change fell upon the league at the same time as Gow stepping down as commissioner as the Moscow Red Wolves and Yukon Rush General Managers both announced they would not be returning to the VHLM in Season Fifty-One. Although neither Asher Donovan nor Greg Clegane were around either franchise for a long period of time, they both put the team first and continued the push towards greatness installed by the previous regimes.
