Colouring here is so weird that I don't know what to think of it. render is very LQ and the random blurring does nothing but hurt the sig. Whole sig looks overly blurred and grainy. Step down from the stuff you've done lately. The render looks odd, the stock around his right shoulder isn't very good and the line underneath the text does not do anything for the sig.
