Trombone off to a good start 

 

After being selected Second Overall in the Season Fifty-Four VHLM Dispersal Draft, Trombone knew he had to pick up his game from the short stint with Brampton the season before. Trombone went to work during the off-season putting in a huge amount of work, even hitting the VHLM cap before his first draft day. Trombone was selected by Las Vegas during the Dispersal Draft, something that could potentially get in the way of a youngster trying to start his career, but so far Trombone has embraced everything that has come with the Vegas territory. Trombone has saw action in all five games Vegas had been apart of in Season Fifty-Four, putting up three goals and nine assists in those five games, which puts him in a tie for the team lead in points with defenseman Diego Jokinen. With many more games ahead for the Aces many wonder if Trombone and the entire roster can keep up their All-Star play.
