Donald vs Justin

We are two games into the North American Conference Finals and it’s shaping up to be as unexpected as a Donald Trump presidency. Oops. That’s too soon, Phil… too soon. Come on man, have some class.

 

The Americans managed to win Game 1 with a 2-1 edging out but then there was a typhoon of goals and the Meute came back with a 7-4 victory, with Holik getting pulled after allowing 6 in the first 2 periods. MT Power stepped in and did a fantastic job of limiting the damage, stopping 34 of 24 shots. The series is split flying out of Quebec and back to the land of the Donald.

So what can we take away from these two games in Quebec and take back to New York? Well absolutely nothing. This series is going to be unpredictable and topsy-turvy. The only predictable thing is the unpredictableness of it all and if that isn’t the epitome of oxymoronic, then I’m James Comey.
