Kyle 667 Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 Volkov's Last Season With Aces a Sour One With his last season in Vegas before moving up to Calgary, it seems that Luca Volkov is ready to make the jump in the midst of an outrageously low season with the Aces. The Aces have only managed to score 77 goals in 52 games this season, average 13 shots a game and don't have one player over 50 points. This season has been a long and grueling one for a player who was expected to contend for the Defenseman of the Year trophy in the VHLM. Quote To be honest with you, this is probably been mentally and statistically the worst season of my life, it's really hard not to be angry and take this in stride. I haven't even scored a goal and we average maybe 10 shots a game if we are lucky, not to mention we've only won 6 games this season. I'm just looking forward to getting out of here and playing for Calgary next season.
