If you think about it, a hockey player that does not play hockey and does not care about it sounds like a odd saying. A professional hockey prospect must play hockey to get recognized right? well no. In the case of VHL Prospect Ko Kane he does not play hockey at all. He in fact refuses to play hockey because he does not want to play in a shit hole league that he claims will hinder his development. So what is he doing instead? he is sitting in Mexico running his drug cartel and playing in a brand new sport called drug sports. Where the purpose is to outlast the other team and not OD. 

 

While Ko Kane is not moon lighting in the IDL and running his billion dollar drug cartel he is engaged in a deep twitter war with Donald Trump. One that is not getting headlines because it is on DM. Ko Kane is egging on the President telling him that he cannot stop him from smuggling drugs into the USA. Ko Kane does not care if Trump builds a 200 foot wall because he will still be the number one importer of illegal drugs into the united states and there is nothing that the president and his people can do about it.

 

Ko Kane is already being called the most controversial prospect that the VHL has ever seen. He refuses to play for any VHLM team and threatens that he will refuse to sign with any VHL team that VHLM GM's are affiliated with if he is signed, drafted or even a attempt to do either will be seen as a attempt at "fuckery" But! this is not news to anyone because Ko Kane's player agent Robbie Zimmers is known for seeking out the biggest assholes in hockey and signing them to be his clients. While V2A who is Robbie's other client is shitting a royal brick in Cologne this season Ko Kane will continue to play with drugs, hookers and money. 

 

V2A is said to be loyal to Cologne and will stay there his whole career or until the GM wants to trade him elsewhere for assets that will help with a rebuild or whatever. On the other side of that coin is the fact that Ko Kane will never be seen as loyal. Robbie loves the prospect that will do a free agency fuckery. V2A still has a massive EGO but, since most teams have their goalies it will be hard for him to find a new home so he will stick it out in Cologne. But Ko Kane a towering monster of a D will come at a premium on the open market. He is viewed as A list prospect, one that will blossom into one of the leagues best. Oh and if you think he will take discounts to hop around from team to team you are sadly mistaken, He will be cup hunting yes but he will not take less then what he is worth to do so.

Interesting take on Ko Kane. However, come play with me in LV  it'd be pretty awesome to be honest. Hopefully you would be happy in Davos if you were to be drafted there with Shawn Gretzky
