Shawn Gretzky and the HC Davos Dynamo are on their way to reaching the playoffs in Season 55. In his rookie season, Gretzky put up a modest 60 points as the team missed the playoffs for the 3rd straight season. Coming into Season 55, many predicted the Dynamo to be a team on the rise and now they certainly are. Making the playoffs for the first time in three seasons is a geat plus but leading scorers, Shawn Gretzky and Rusty Trombone are just 2nd and 1st year players in the VHL. Both have 70 points while Pablo and Elijah Dotran are leading the way on the back end. Edwin Threencarnacion and mistake are also holding the fort in the pipes with a 0.947 save percentage and a 0928 save percentage respectively. It should only get better as the team as a whole gets better especially Gretzky, Trombone and Fujimoto who are just 2nd and 1st year players. More is expected from Pablo though as he seems to be slacking off lately. Oh well.
