There's no problem in the coding of the arrowchat, so it's not that. 2 possibilities are : There's an required update that either Higgins or Will (or Smarch) will have to do. I don't know if they have to contact the support or it's an add-on in the admin panel. Secondo, we weren't paying the bills so they said fuck off. That's my 2 cent here.
