Look: 1.25/3 - Looks like you have basic concepts down like playing with hue, layering, placement and resizing etc. Now looks at tuts and youtube videos to teach you about blending and stock work. You can also find a lot of good stuff on text choice and placement too. Creativity: 1/1 - sure. You should keep at it and learn some blending basics using adjustment layers and stocks to help blend the render in. Tutorials on deviant art/youtube should be able to help.
