Verner Announces Retirement

Riga Reign player Verner Reinholdt has announced that Season 60 will be his last, signalling a retirement a season earlier than what would be forced. Reports of him slowing down due to his severe age, and just realizing that he was ultimately more of a role offensive player than a standout for most of his career. Reinholdt will leave behind what was mostly an up and down career, one that saw him with the luxury of competing on mostly playoff competitive rosters, however never really seeing mush success while he was apart of the teams. 

 

Reinholdt currently sits on a Riga Reign squad stuck in the muddle of competing and rebuilding following a recently successful run. Although Verner did say he has some surprises for Season 60, saying he completely redid his training regiment and is looking to do some wholesay experimentation with the type of player he is. Verner clearly would like to make his last season a memorable one.
