Jamie 438 Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 It was a long process but something that I set out to accomplish at the start of the season. Knowing that I wouldn't be leading any offensive categories as a rookie on a rebuilding team, I wanted to get my checking to 99 and possibly be one of the best hitters in the league. Well that has been a success as with the point task I just claimed I get my first stat to 99 with this player. I also currently league the lead in hits and with 4 games left I hope I can hold on to that! Currently I'm the only player in the league with 99 in this stat and I think the first since Larsson / Smalling so that's exciting. XXX won't be very far behind though I'm sure. I'm also really happy that I was able to stick with this player to be an effective player. Seeing as my last two were pretty big busts, here's to not only my first 99 but a bunch more and that my player continues to have some moderate success for the remainder of my career to keep me interested in the league!
