Saskatoon - This week we caught up with Dylan Nguyen on Draft Day to get the insider scoop on how he’s feeling. The VHL Draft can be stressful for players who have set high expectations for themselves, and Dylan is no exception. This kid has pushed his way up the draft boards and he is expecting to see the results of his hard work tonight.

Here is Nguyen on draft day “I’m nervous guys, I mean this is the moment I’ve been working so hard for. What if I slip in the draft? What if all that work was pointless? Ya know, just a lot of ‘what ifs’ running through my mind. On top of that I want to play with Ryuu again but who knows how that is gonna work out, this draft stuff is stressful. But at the end of the day no matter where I go or how late I’m drafted, I'm ready to go to work on the ice. I’ve worked my ass off to get here and i even have my lucky socks on today, so I think I’ve done everything in my power to set me up for success in the draft and the VHL. Oh one last thing, if I go top 10 drinks are on me for the rest of the night”
