As it is the player has nice sharpness and focus to him. Maybe just a touch lighter on the background and he would contrast a little more. Be cool to see a logo swap as well to show the perspective team he's on. Your font is a simple style but its a great color choice to stand out against the darker back drop. And maybe just a little push to the right for his las t names letter so there's more separation between his first name and last letter.
