I would suggest for next time either clipping the player a little closer yourself, or heading on over to hockeypngs and grabbing some of their templates that they have available there. Otherwise the little bit of ice around the player kind of takes away from the piece. Also, the colours of the background vs. the orange of the Philly jersey contrast really nicely and make him pop well.
