It has been hell of a start to season 63, we have played four games so far and all of them against Riga! Two at home and two in Riga, what makes it tough is the fact that we did not play back to back in one city, no, we started in Riga and then went to Quebec, then we did the same thing again. To those who are curious, for example flight from Riga to Quebec takes at least 13 hours, so the traveling alone has been brutal, surprisingly hard to prepare for the games when you spend half of the day in airplane first, food these days is great, but then comes the sleeping, I personally cant sleep well in a airplane, just not comfortable enough and so many people near you makes it almost impossible to sleep more than few hours at a time.

 

Luckily the games went fine, we won two and they won two, so solid start to our year. If you thought the fun is over, think again! We will next fly to Seattle and then right away to Helsinki, that is something like 7 to 8 hours to Seattle and then at least 12 to Helsinki, life of a virtual athlete is tough sometimes.
