Marvin Harding has been the butt of some jokes because he had a shit rookie season. That’s all well and good, but where are those haters now that Harding is the favorite for the Boulet award? That’s right, you heard it here first. Or I’ll just lose it to a guy that has less than half as many hits as me because he scored 30% more points than me like in the VHLM.

 

Anyways, here’s a ranking of Harding’s best seasons.

 

#5: S62

 

God Harding was a bum as a VHL rookie. 10 goals, 29 assists, 39 total points and 181 hits along with 2 goals and 5 points in 14 playoff games. What a scrub.

 

#4: S59

 

In S59, Harding played in six playoff games for Ottawa. He had 2 assists and 23 hits. Yep, I consider this better than his shit rookie season. Fight me.

 

#3: S60

 

In Harding’s first actual VHLM season, he was a loser on offense, with 7 goals and 31 points, but had a strong 233 hits. Oslo was trash and was eliminated from the playoffs in 6 games though, with Harding contributing 1 point and 11 hits.

 

#2: S61

 

Oslo was a bit better this time around, making a run for the VHLM Cup. Harding had 33 goals, 98 points, and 294 hits, and yet missed out on full ownership of the VHLM top 2-way to Leph Twinger who piled up the points and had like 110 hits. Fucking bullshit.

 

#1: S63

 

15 goals, 31 points, and 152 hits through just 29 games played? Harding’s arrived, baby.
