Galning på ic - Meeting the new kid on the block

Everyone once in a while, a special talent graces the ice and fans all over the globe are put on high alert.

 

It would seem that this day has come again.

 

Enter: Maximilian Kirbsson, known in his homeland simply as “Galning på ic”... “Maniac on the Ice”.

 

Hailing from a small town in Sweden, Kirbsson has impressed scouts and fans alike with his puck finesse and deadly playmaking skills. It is, however, his subtle charm off the ice which has really taken college kids (in particular the ladies) by storm.

 

We managed to speak to the newly signed Saskatoon kid:

 

”I’m super stoked to be signing with Saskatoon. It’s a weird time to join up with a team but hey, it gets me some play off experience right away and next season I’m going to be ready to fire on all cylinders.

 

The coaching staff seem really motivated to turn the corner and I feel like I’m going to be able to elevate my team mates, and myself.

 

Its gonna be fun man, I’m so ready for this”.
