I wouldn't say I am one to set goals to inspire me for a season, but I do have some things I want to cross off my professional hockey league bucket list if you're asking. Obviously the big one is getting a championship cup to hold above my head, but a few others pop to mind. I would like to be recognized as a top defensemen somewhere down the line as that would be fun to be recognized amongst my peers as the best. I would like to maybe set a record as a defensemen at some point as it would be fun to have my name in Victory Hockey League history. I'd like to be able to win some goal medals with Team Canada in my time in the league. I will get the shot at all of those items this year and for years following on personal achievements. The team in Helsinki is promising and so is the Team Canada roster. I'm looking forward to hopefully setting some career highs across my boxscores this coming season with the Titans. Maybe I'll score some goals and be a big presence on the power play as well.
