TheLastOlympian07 2,388
Shawnomir Jagr is having himself a great season with the Wild and his draft stock keeps on getting higher and higher. However, the Wild are now starting to flounder in the standings with a 7-13-1 record for 15 points. They are 7 points back of the 5th and final playoff spot. They really need to pick up their game to even get a sniff at the playoffs because right now it doesn't seem like this is a playoff team. Jagr is leading the team in goals and points with 18 goals and 30 points. He is on pace for 102 points on the season including 61 goals. Overall, the Wild have a interesting decision coming up because Shawnomir Jagr will not be coming back after this season as he will be moving onto the VHL once he gets drafted. Do the Wild keep him for a playoff push or do they trade him while his stock is high and while he keeps putting up numbers? It is like a Columbus Blue Jacket conundrum with Artemi Panarin. Overall though, This is the most fun I've have with a player since Shawn Muller/Shawn Gretzky about 10/15 seasons ago. I can't wait to see how Jagr turns out. Who knows, maybe he turns into my best player? Peace 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/59785-jagr-speaks-on-season-so-far/ Share on other sites
