Position changes are part of the store, you can’t just request one (unless you have a link proving you paid for it)

 

Also, forwards can play out of position without any penalty.

Purchasing of position changes are for Forward to D and vice versa. This is a forward changing a forward position.

Jubo07 my Gm said this is all i would have to do to become C from RW. He said he officially wants me as center as it makes things easier. so example the 3rd line center is being played more because they are a center, not a winger. Jobo set it up so, I would play more but it's not doing what it should. Sorry if this makes no sense.
