Palo shows his class in All-Star game

It´s been around a week since the All-Star game was played. The game itself was an enjoyable game and fans got to see entertaining hockey. The story of the night was not the game though - it was something else, Rauno Palo managed to complete the magnificent press box hat trick - a hotdog in each period! Rauno posted the following comment shortly after the game:

First of all, I want to thank Beau Louth for bringing me in here today, I did not get voted into the game, but you still took me in and gave me the opportunity to be part of all this. That support combined with the support from everyone near and in the press box gave me the strength to go after something like the press box hat trick, it was not easy. Started to struggle after the second one, but just one hotdog away and all eyes on me, I knew I could not just quit and I´m glad I kept going, now I have my name written in history!

 

Quite a remarkable achievement from Rauno Palo, showed everybody in the stands that you can do anything you want if you just believe in yourself. Also, let´s hope the voters keep this in mind next year when deciding who plays and who does not!
