The music plays, The San Diego fans cheer, the spotlight was on Greg and he was on his phone?? Still sitting in his seat, not reacting to the fact he was just selected. "ummm, was the mic not on, Greg? We just announced you as the 15th pick for San Diego and our first ever goalie in franchise history" Greg finally heard his name, threw down his phone, hugged his family and made his way up to the podium. He apologized to everyone waiting as he was not expecting to go so early in the draft and misheard what name was being called. This is not the greatest start to Greg's career as first impressions mean a lot but he has promised the San Diego organization that they did not make a mistake in using the pick on him.
