Pat Svoboda has yet to net a goal 12 games into the season; the Swedish right winger has been rather snake bitten. His zero in the goals column comes in spite of throwing 44 shots on net, and while he's managed to tally 9 assists, he is growing increasingly frustrated with his lack of goal scoring. "I consider myself a sniper and I really worked hard on the perfected my scoring over the summer, so I'm extremely disappointed. I've been putting a lot of shots on net and I've just been super unlucky, even hitting a few posts. I was hoping to have an even better season than last year this season and maybe even hit 50 goals, but I guess that's out the window. I'm pretty disappointed in myself and I'm really hoping I'll turn things around soon. My team is competing this year and they signed me to a multi-year extension, they need me to be producing regular and firing on all cylinders. There's a lot of talent for me to work with on Davos now, there's no reason I shouldn't be putting up great numbers and getting at least a handful of goals. I just need to score one I think and then it'll all start clicking," said Pat Svoboda.
