Palo is a powerplay weapon

Rauno Palo, a player who in the past was known for his defensive abilities - always on the right place and excellent in the faceoff circle. These days he is something else and something more, a elite powerplay player, 34 games played and 20 points on the powerplay.

 

This is what Rauno Palo had to say about his development as a player:

It´s crazy to think how fast things can change, of course playing in a good team that can score helps with the numbers, but when you compare to last season for example where I got 12 points on the powerplay during the whole season - bit of a difference there. I have a lot more confidence in my abilities now. I know I say this a lot, usually as a joke and all that, but I truly think that it´s a miracle how a complete player like myself has been able to keep going forward. How can you improve perfection? That is a question I hear almost every day from our coaches, I just say: stay close to me and I´ll show you.

I heard it from someone I don't know if its true. I know you as the guy that wears jean shorts in the LR. Almost like your a never nude.

Jean shorts are great, they look and feel nice on you. I highly recommend to try them out.
