Smeb Makes Team Asia WJC

For the 2nd straight year, Chico Smeb has made the roster for Team Asia, that's 2/2 now for the star. This makes Chico the only Blasian player on Team Asia, seeing as his father is African and his mother is Korean. We caught up with Chico for a quik interview leading up to the WJC.

 

Interviewer: Congrats on making Team Asia again Chico, excited for the upcoming WJC?

 

Chico: Not really to be honest. I really don't care about the WJC at all. Our team sucks and we have no shot at winning it. I barely even care about the VHL season this year seeing as my player sucks and just puts up donuts on the scorecard every game. I'm going to continue working hard off the ice, but for now I don't really care about anything in the league including 

 

Interviewer: So you predict your team to do pretty poorly?

 

Chico: Yeah, last place is my guess. Don't expect much from my player especially, maybe my teammates can carry us to a couple wins, but that will be it. Talk to me in a season or two when I'm playing in the actual Worlds, maybe then I'll care a little bit.
