The Mexico City King’s captain Micheal Gary Scott has been known for his antics on the ice. This time he takes it off the ice while he goes undercover in one of Mexico’s toughest prisons. Scoot took his off days and visited Islas Marias Federal Prison. He didn’t visit in the way we think, however. Scott took it upon himself to go incognito as a prisoner. He was placed in a cell with Pedro Vasquez, a known-cartel member serving a life sentence for 23.5 murders (the 0.5 was a child – Enrique). Scott was so convincing that NETLFEX aired him on the World’s Toughest Prisons. Scott was over heard talking about “the dementors” and how he stole, robbed, and kidnapped the president’s son. He claimed the worst part was when the dementors sucked the soul out of your body. “IT HURT!” Scott proclaimed.

Nevertheless Scott managed to get himself back in time for the King’s next game grabbing 1G and 1A in the loss to Halifax. Scott is having a strong rookie season with over a point per game pace and second on his team in scoring despite averaging at least 3 minutes less played per game than the other highest scorers. With all the experience Scott is gathering in Mexico, I wouldn’t be surprised for a team to snag him early in the upcoming draft.
