The Ottawa Lynx started off their playoff series against the Mississauga Hounds with three wins, but failed to complete the sweep as they lost 4-2 in Game 4. For one member of the Lynx, however, the game was special. The newest member of the team, Justin Rushmore, scored the first goal of his young career. When asked about it, he had this to say.

"It's cool getting the first one out of the way and all, but it's honestly not that special to me. Not to mention the fact that it came in a loss, so I can't even really be all that happy about it. The Hounds are a good team, so even though we are up in the series, it's not over.

I know you're obviously going to ask me about it, I get that. But really, this isn't my time. Yeah, I'm on the team, and I'm playing, and I want to win just like everyone else here; but this isn't my time. I'll do all I can to help my teammates win, but I'm kind of just along for the ride in the playoffs."
