Raleigh Ritchie is the latest talent to cross the Altantic to start a career in the VHLM, a young scoring phenom he's worked his trade in the British U-20 league for 3 seasons from the tender age of 16, playing against older and stronger players. After moving up to the adult league in the most recent season Ritchie was the star of the Portsmouth Victory as he led the team to their first playoff appearance in only the team's 3rd year in the league after being formed.
