HughJas_ 76
MALMO SPORTS COLUMN The Malmo Nighthawks have started their season with 3-2-1 record through their first 6. The team has had satisfactory results thus far, but with so many new additions to the team, we expect them to pull together as the season progresses. Leading the charge for the Malmo Nighthawks is All Star Winger Matthew Materazo, (2-5-7) Right Winger Joey Boucher (2-3-5) and surprisingly rookie defenseman Hugh Chan. (1-3-4) The team will need to find consistency in their play if they hope to be in a playoff position. They are currently looking like a bubbling playoff team, General Manager Advantage has also made significant moves during the off season signing superstar left winger Matt Thompson (5-0-5) and trading for veteran defenseman turned winger Ryan Sullivan Jr. (0-4-4) But whether or not these big acquisitions will pay dividends is the question. Time will only tell, but with the season just beginning it is too early to completely write them off.
