There has been a lot of talk about Solomon Crawford and his ability headed into his VHL Draft on Season 69 and while he has not been bad, the Mexico City Kings have struggled a bit and are sitting in the middle of the pack in the VHLM. Crawford is just under .900 for his save percentage and is giving up under 3 goals per game on average which is not awful but considering he was the number one overall pick in the VHLM dispersal draft, the team expects more. The Kings should be a playoff team for sure and with Crawford still growing, the team could shock some people at the right times. They are young and hungry and behind a growing goaltender, the sky is the limit. The defense needs to come together a bit but they have not given up too many goals. The offense is not there for the Kings yet as they are one of the lowest scoring teams in the league currently and stand at a -2 goal differential with 86 goals scored and 88 against. That means the Kings are scoring less than 3 goals per game at 30 games. Crawford needs to be even better with a low scoring offense. If the team starts clicking with their goal scoring, Crawford could see a lot more wins come his way.
