We caught up with Dalton Wilcox from the after a hard fought game against the Prague Phantoms.

 

As you may have seen from last week's installment, Wilcox revealed his super complex workout plan.  Today, we get from him his diet plan:

 

"Pre workout: Red bull (since it gives you wings)

 

Post workout: protein shakes for the gains.

 

Post game:  beers (an extra one for each goal I scored that night)

 

Pre-game: Steak, potatoes (meat and potatoes just like my hockey game style)

 

Off days: varies between burgers, fries, pizza, hot dogs, poutine if i'm feeling extra Canadian"

 

Clearly this highly nutritional diet plan is working.  In his rookie season, Wilcox is averaging almost a point per game with 34 points (17 goals) in 35 games.
