Many didn't expect them to get into the medal rounds but hard work from the players is giving the nation a chance. Asia will play Team USA who Asia have beat twice in the preliminary rounds. Both by 1 goal. " I think we have a good chance at a medal, that was our goal from day one. We have already beat them twice so I have faith our team will come up big and snag a medal for Asia " GM Greg said at early morning practice " Our lines have been clicking and we have been getting some great production from our guys, it will be a great game!" Asia had an opportunity to advance to the Gold Medal game but unfortunately lost 5-1 to the tournament favorites, Team Canada. Team Asia could not match the skill on the Canadian team " We tried our best but we were just overpowered, they have amazing players across all 4 lines. I am proud of my guys though, they have played well all tournament" Greg Continued as he wrapped up practice.
