Gaudette 65
After a long nine hundred plus career in the national hockey league. Season and a bit in the American hockey league. Two years in the east coast hockey league. Alex Burrows is taking his talents to the Victory Hockey League. The Power forward played his thirteen season career with the Vancouver Canucks and Ottawa Senators. He was never able to win the Stanley Cup though. He was recently inducted into the Vancouver Canucks ring of honour but wants to bring his talent to the VHL. A league he believes he will be able to win in. Burrows is looking to stay around his hometown in Quebec but that may be tough with no VHLM team in Quebec and the VHL franchise in Quebec moved to Vancouver. He cannot wait until he can finally suit up for his first game in the VHLM and the VHL as it will feel like he's a rookie in the NHL again. It all started in 2000 - 2001 for the Shawinigan Cataractes of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He spent two seasons there rather one hundred points in one hundred and twenty seven games. After that he went to the East Coast Hockey League for three seasons playing for the Greenville Grrrowl, Baton Rogue Kingfish and Columbia Inferno. After that he finally went to the American Hockey League and played for the Manitoba Moose for the next season and a half. Then he finally got his chance. The one chance every player dreams of his shot in the National hockey league for the Vancouver Canucks. He then spent his long career there never winning a cup. But he did score one of the most iconic goals in Vancouver Canucks history in twenty eleven against the Chicago Blackhawks called the Dragon Slayer. He was apart of one of the best lines in the NHL at some point. Playing with Henrik Sedin and Daniel Sedin. Two Swedish twins that he is best friends with till this day. We may see those two come to the league and play with Alex soon. Once Alex was traded to the Ottawa Senators at the 2017 trade deadline. His team was one goal away from the Stanley cup final. After that game Ottawa was never the same. There team collapsed there last shot went down the drain. It was all over for the Senators and what would be Burrows career.
