enigmatic 504
Calgary Wranglers forward Hiroshi Okada was spotted in some of the most miserable bars and clubs of the city crying and whining about his rookie season. Although pathetic, with just 4 points in 53 games and a -22 differential, it's understandable. When questioned by journalists on his production and his thoughts on his team, Okada made little effort to hide his frustration and disappointment. He stated that he was miserable in Alberta and even if he didn't play the best hockey of his career, that it wasn't normal to have such numbers when he had been working hard since joining the VHLM and VHL. He understands that Calgary is in a rebuild but they still have some responsibility towards their players' career and that this -22 would taint his statistics for the rest of his VHL career. His future with the Wranglers is a bit obscure but sources close with the team (actually the guys sitting at the table next to him when he drunkenly shouted he hadn't requested a trade) confirmed he hasn't requested a trade yet.
