The unsung hero I’m going to talk about embodies clutchness.  Merriam-Webster defines clutch as:
clutch adjective

Definition of clutch (Entry 3 of 4)

1: made or done in a crucial situation
a clutch hit

2: successful in a crucial situation
a clutch pitcher
a clutch hitter

The player I’m talking about is Acyd Burn (@Acydburn).  Acyd was tied for the lead in game winning goals in the S68 playoffs.  This includes two game winners in the finals against Malmo. His first one in the final series came in game two, where he scored two goals, in overtime to give the Bears a 2-0 lead in the series.  The second one came in game four, where he had three points, late into the third period to seal the deal for Seattle. If you have a big not smooth brain like me you would have randomly picked him looked at his previous play and picked up on what a clutch player he is and predicted him to score the series winner in the playoff predictions thread.

Additionally the person  behind the player runs the VHLM Fantasy threads, which I am appreciative of.

So here's to the S68 Playoffs unsung hero.
