Elmebeck 378
Yukon did well to go to the playoffs, but got decimated in the few four short games played. Saskatoon made number of each game with the closest game ending 7-3, and they have now earned a nice New Years and gold break. Next up for Saskatoon is Mississauga Hounds (Edit: Philadelphia Reapers or Halifax 21st it seems) who in turn also beat Ottawa Lynx with ease. These two teams who ended the regular season first and second should prove to be quite the match-up where maybe (or maybe) there won't be a clean win. Best performers so far in the league has mostly been from Saskatoon with 6/10 of the top points leaders from SSK, the trio of Encarciantion, O'Quinn and DeYeeto still dominating the defensive output, and with Lafontaine with an impressive .936 save percentage. The only outlier really has been Kyle Andersen in Philadelphia Reapers. The rest of the playoffs will be interesting to follow; will Saskatoon continue to dominate as much as they have during the season or is there any chance for an upset or close series with any of the awaiting contenders? @Cusemode Edited December 31, 2019 by Elmebeck Cusemode 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/74986-saskatoon-demolishes-yukon/ Share on other sites

Peace 1,532
We’ll face the winner of the Halifax - Philadelphia series IIRC. Elmebeck 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/74986-saskatoon-demolishes-yukon/#findComment-700405 Share on other sites
