Mitchell Excited For Chance

Mitchell has entered into the S72 draft as a long shot in an already stacked class, and he's far behind the leaders. As it stands, Mitchell is at every disadvantage. As you may have figured out, there isn't much ice in Australia and that has hindered a bit of Latrell's training. Growing up playing mostly footy and field hockey, his stick handling skills are great but hasn't seen much ice time and will have to adapt quickly if he wants to be given a chance and get drafted in just over a season and a half. Mexico was willing to take the risk and sign him (another hot place with not much ice to practice) and Mitchell immediately made the move to try and get ready for playoff hockey. We will see if he can improve enough to maybe cause an upset in the playoffs with Mexico City and see if he can even get drafted into the VHLM draft net season, with either Mexico again or someone new. All that is to come, all Latrell can do now is give his all and hope for the best.
