World Cup Woes

The season 37 world cup was a distant thought to New York American forward Tom Slaughter. Slaughter has been busy this offseason training for his sophomore campaign. The Americans are expected to be one of the top teams in the VHL next season. The American born forward was not expecting to play for his country this season and originally he was cut from the selection camp before being called back in to play defence. Team USA has been terrible thus far with Slaughter's line being of particular shittiness.

"I pride myself on being a good defensive forward, but the transition to defence for this tournament has not gone overly smooth. I am committed to helping any team I am on anyway I can, but I haven't been very effective this Cup. I feel like a hindrance to Moher who has really struggled so far," Slaughter said.
