A Good Start in Prague

Recommended Posts

The season has started, teams have finished their training camps and are ready to go. Prague has gone 4-1-1 in their past six games, showing a good start to the season and are currently second in the standings behind Moscow, the team that ended the playoffs for the young Phantoms last season. Of course it is still very early in the season, but we are seeing good things come out of this young Prague team. After six games, Fizzlebeef is at 9 points (4G 5A), Cinnamon Block is at 7 points (7A), Willie Dredge (4G 2A) and Wolf Stansson Jr. (2G 4A) are at 6 points each. Seabass is, as usual, dishing the puck out and currently has 5 assists on the season. The new pick up Joel Ylonen is having a slower start then his usual, with 4 points but has been helping his line mates on the first line tremendously. The rest of the team has been great adding key points in times of need, and look to continue adding depth where it is needed. A good start for this team is a good indicator of their hard work in the offseason, and we look forward to seeing how the Phantoms continue in the 71st season of the VHL.
