zepheter 586
To say the least, Omdahl's sophomore season was not as good as he had expected. He appeared to be fairly consistent in his own end, but there wasn't much to talk about in the offensive end. Well, that was until the second round of the playoffs started. With a breakout two goal game to start the series, he didn't even think about looking back. Surely this is a sign of what is to come over the next several seasons, as Omdahl is still only in the final season of his entry level contract. This also adds to the ongoing trend that Seattle is built for the playoffs. Although I wouldn't doubt that Omdahl has a surge in production this upcoming season despite playing a very similar role. If I were to guess, he'll have around a fifty to sixty point season with at least ten goals. Not too long from now, he should be one of the premier defensemen in the VHL.
