One thing that sticks out to me that I like is the font you chose and the differing fonts for first/last name, as well as the placement of the first name. I think it is well done and adds to the graphic. Where I think this graphic needs improvement is in the background and details. The glow and saturation effects are overpowering, best left to more subtle usage.
