SlapshotWrangler 864 Posted June 23, 2020 Share Posted June 23, 2020 Jacques Lafontaine has been eating on the Calgary Tower for a while now instead of the Saddledome. Even though he was allowed to sit and eat on the Saddledome again somehow, he decided to stay on the tower for now. “Hey, it’s a nice roof. Great view. Besides, I’ve gotten quite used to sitting on the Calgary Tower. Nice, tranquil, a bit less noisy.” However, Jacques wasn’t alone this time as he invited fellow goaltender Jimmy Spyro to eat with him on top of the Calgary Tower. “Yeah, we had a good time. Just chatted about life and hockey. And we just ate our burgers and fries. Nothing much. It was fun. We learned a lot about each other and also even talked about tactics and tricks to goaltending. Hey, we might be opponents but that doesn’t mean we can’t help each other out.” Jimmy and Jacques spent an hour or so, enjoying their food.
