Riga wins the cup

After one of the best playoff showings from Riga these playoffs, they have finally lifter the cup once again.

The Team and fans celebrated all night and day as the cup made its way back to Riga. The Cup parade route is being planned and you can bet it will be one big street party.

Eagles was very excited with the win

 

" It has been a long time coming for me to win a cup as a starter and it finally happened. Everyone here played so damn well and with passion to win it" Eagles said " I couldn't be happier being with Riga and trying to make another run next season"

Eagles played one of his best ever playoff performances in his career which helped lead Riga to the cup. Eagles was always not the best playoff performer over his career but he wanted to change that. With this most recent performance, players around the league will know that he still has it and he is hungry for another cup
