VinCal 112
Vin Calia is a young center for the Moscow Menace who just completed his first year in the VHL. He has good size at 6'2 and 219lbs. He was drafted in S71 by HC Davos with the 16th overall pick. He was traded to Moscow right before the start of the S72 season for a pair of draft picks. Calia's talent is raw and it showed in his first season with the Menace. He managed 9 goals and 15 assists for 24 points in his rookie season along with 77 penalty minutes. Calia shows sky high scoring ability as his game grows. His defensive game has really improved making him a 2-way forward which excites Menace Management. He's a great skater and handles the puck well making crisp no look passes. He needs to continue to improve on taking his faceoffs. He also needs to get stronger to improve his checking and handling hits by opponents. Going into S73 Calia is expected to improve and word out of Menace camp, his projections should be about double to what he did in S72. So expect something like 18 goals and 45 assists. I think Menace management would be happy with that. Victor 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/87323-quick-scouting-report-on-vin-calia/ Share on other sites
