It's a good render that might have been blurry or could have had rough edges, but you did a good job with the effets to minimize how much that stands out. The background is pretty solid, nothing too busy and the render is the center of attention. The font is great, and the color works perfectly. It all goes together very well. My only issue is the effect on his face seems to take down the quality overall by quite a large margin.
